Privacy notice
This notice covers this website and the contact form on it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type in: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we have your address and whatever you put in that message.
Why we collect it
We use it for one thing: to answer your request. That might mean replying to you, preparing the call sheet you asked for, or setting up a call about it. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of what we said, then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Booked Crew who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which is the only outside service a page calls.
Stopping contact and deleting your details
Reply "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, write to rita.marlow@bookedcrew.co or use the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
